Kenji has over 20 years of professional experience handling statutory audit and audit related assignments in Malaysia and abroad (Singapore, Hong Kong and China). He has also been involved in a number of local and overseas Initial Public Offerings, due diligence, investigative audits and merger and acquisition transactions.
He has worked with medium and large privately owned and public listed companies in a wide range of industries including construction, property development, manufacturing and trading, restaurant chain operations and food production, as well as charitable organisations, digital technology and IT companies.
Kenji is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Tuck Wai has over 20 years of professional experience handling statutory audits of industries ranging from construction, property development, manufacturing, brewery, telecommunication, charitable organisations, education, IT and trading in Malaysia and company listed in AIM London.
He has also been involved in a number of Initial Public Offerings (IPO), Reverse Takeovers (RTO), Due Diligences, Bonds Issuances, Investigative Audits of public listed companies, overseas assignments and merger and acquisition transactions.
Tuck Wai is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Chang Xiong has over 15 years of professional experience handling statutory audit of medium and large privately owned and public listed companies in various industries including trading, manufacturing, construction, services and restaurant chain operations, digital technology and IT companies.
He graduated from University of Malaya with a Degree in Accounting and he is also a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
